Tourism Property was founded by Matt Davidson, a long term hospitality management professional.
Perhaps the best thing about Tourism Property is that we’ve come from a hospitality management, rather than a real estate background.

After working at the top level in regional tourism for many years, Matt started a very successful hotel management and consultancy firm – 2T. Over 10 years, 2T has worked with tourism developers, local and state government bodies, private hotel owners, receivers and liquidators.
Matt also spent 8 years on the board of Destination Wollongong, many of these as chairman. He is credited with taking what was a local tourism association into a dynamic, enterprising body with long term secure funding and a raft of commercial opportunities.
